DDR4 Server Memory

A DIMM refers to the memory module that is equipped with many DRAM chips upon the circuit board, and is generally used as the main memory of the computer.
Server Memory is particularly used on systems (workstation, server, etc.) that require credibility as it supports the ECC function.
